Black Forest Landscape Design - Do it yourself Landscape Designs

Landscape Horticulture
& Landscape Architecture

Black Forest was started in 2002 by Dan Lee to fill a niche in the industry, designs for the "Do-It-Yourself" home owners and small projects. The business model we used comes from Dan's experience working for Design Build company where the main objective was to sell plants and hardscapes. By providing a horticulturaly sound design we can better serve our clients whether they install the plan or hire contractors.

History

Philosophy

We are a design company dedicated to excellence in landscape design. All of our designs take into account the unique site conditions that Colorado has to offer. This includes the use of low water or Xeric plantings, designing areas that are functional as well as aesthetically pleasing, and designs that fit into a budget and that can be implemented in phases if necessary. We specialize in designs for "Do-It-Yourself" installations.
